Job summary

Flagler Technologies LLC is hiring a Help Desk Technician for remote US support with in-person presence in Boca Raton, FL. This full-time role offers an hourly pay range and opportunities to help clients resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.

You will engage with end users, document issues, and escalate complex problems while developing your IT skills through certifications and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support, Help Desk, or similar IT experience.
• Industry-standard IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar credentials.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A combination of education, certifications, hands‑on experience, or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client support requests by phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot common end-user technology issues.
• Gather information and accurately document technical issues.
• Resolve basic support requests within your level of responsibility.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team leads to provide a great customer experience.
