Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor enterprise servers, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage server, network, user accounts, security, and backup/recovery.
• Ensure secure, reliable access for users.
• Configure and optimize server OS and related platforms.
• Monitor performance and address issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems and root causes.
• Develop SOPs, maintenance guides, and knowledge-base docs.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve issues.
