Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management II to plan and coordinate large-scale Data Center projects across initiation to delivery. You will align network engineers, data center technicians, and internal customers to define requirements, assess feasibility, and manage budgets and timelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams through initiation, planning, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases, tracking milestones, assets, and risks while maintaining comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting data centers or network hardware.
• 2+ years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new tools/processes.
• Experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical skills; ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional and technical network deployment projects.
• Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment phases.
• Responsible for managing/tracking program milestones, timeline, and overall deliverables.
• Responsible for asset and material management
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reviews, risk analyses.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and support change management.
• Use metrics and KPIs to measure performance and provide status updates.
• Participate in internal process improvements across teams.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Be a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive core team meetings.
• Evaluate post-project results and implement delivery improvements.
• Other duties as required.
