Job summary

Astreya seeks a Senior Project & Program Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and AI-enabled tooling. This role requires travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level projects with large budgets (>$1M).
• Experience in IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with GDPR or FDA regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP/CSM preferred; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects with charters, scope, and resource plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Use MS Project / Jira to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control; drive continuous improvement.
