Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Senior Project & Program Manager to oversee complex, high-impact initiatives from initiation to delivery. The role requires expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams while communicating with executives and stakeholders.

You will manage charters, schedules, budgets, and risks, negotiate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management across IT/Construction/Healthcare/Finance/Manufacturing.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level projects with budgets of $1M+.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance relevant to the industry (e.g., GDPR, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, initiation, and governance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage workload and performance.
• Develop charters, scopes, and resource plans; manage schedules and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control with proactive mitigation.
• Communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders and executives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage third‑party providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and post‑project reviews.
