Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end IT service delivery and client governance.
Oversee technical, schedule, and financial aspects ensuring SLAs are met.
Manage full IT lifecycle services including cybersecurity, data center, and cloud migrations.
Engage client executives and drive IT transformation initiatives.
Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and optimize costs.
Lead risk management and contingency planning.
