Job summary
Quivera Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Service Center Technician III in Albuquerque, NM to provide advanced Tier III technical support for the DOI/IA user community. The role requires diagnosing complex hardware, software, OS, and network issues across enterprise IT environments.
You will mentor Tier I/II staff, ensure SLA adherence, and contribute to process improvements while complying with NIST/ FISMA standards. This is a full-time position based in Albuquerque, NM, US.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Experience resolving complex technical incidents and escalated service requests.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier III technical support for complex and escalated IT incidents.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
- Mentor Tier I and Tier II technicians and provide guidance to the team.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are properly categorized, prioritized, and resolved per SLAs.
