Job summary

• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory and Windows 10.
• Experience supporting executives and DoD-related security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end-user devices, servers, networks and printers.
• Perform proactive upgrades/updates to computers and mobile equipment.
• Support Teams Meetings onsite and troubleshoot iPhone devices.
• Guide users through IT processes and Microsoft tools; document tickets.
• Interface with DoD compliance requirements and security procedures.
