Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC seeks a hands‑on Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management to advance our NIST‑aligned security roadmap across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. You will lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and secure adoption of AI technologies, working across Security, IT, OT, Legal, GRC, and business teams.

Demonstrated experience securing hybrid environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and designing resilient architectures is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience with hands‑on incident response, detection engineering, and vulnerability management.
• Proven ability to improve risk‑based vulnerability programs in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong investigation skills across endpoints, identity, network, cloud, email and apps with evidence preservation.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR, firewalls, cloud controls, automation, and secure CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability and exposure management programs with prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate penetration tests and external reviews; report trends and residual risk to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop detections and respond to incidents; maintain playbooks for ransomware and data loss scenarios.
• Strengthen network, cloud, and OT security; support secure adoption of AI/ML workloads.
