Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management to lead a hands-on security program spanning enterprise, cloud, and OT. You will advance a NIST-aligned roadmap, strengthen controls, and drive risk-based remediation with cross-functional teams.

This role requires deep expertise in vulnerability management, incident response, and secure software practices, plus the ability to translate cyber risk into clear business actions while guiding partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading risk-based vulnerability programs in complex enterprises.
• Strong investigation skills across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and apps.
• Hands-on incident response and post‑incident analysis experience.
• Proficient in security automation, SIEM/EDR, and secure configurations.
• Experience securing hybrid environments: M365, Azure/AWS, SaaS, containers.
• Familiarity with OT/ICS security and CI/CD security practices.
• Ability to explain risk in business terms and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability and exposure management program with prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Develop detections and lead incident triage, investigations, containment, and recovery.
• Maintain and test incident response playbooks for ransomware, data loss, and cloud scenarios.
• Design and improve network, cloud, and platform security across environments.
• Extend security visibility into OT/ICS and validate resilience and backups.
• Assess security risks in AI/ data applications and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, GRC, and business teams to translate cyber risk into actions.
