Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management to advance a NIST-aligned security roadmap across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. This hands-on leader drives vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and secure adoption of AI technologies, working with Security, IT, OT, Legal, and business teams to translate cyber risk into clear business actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience.
• Experience leading risk-based vulnerability management programs in complex enterprises.
• Strong investigative skills across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability and exposure management program, including prioritization and remediation.
• Develop detections across endpoints, identity, network, cloud, and OT telemetry.
• Lead incident triage, investigation, containment, and post-incident reviews.
• Design and improve network and platform security across enterprise and OT environments.
• Embed secure architecture and testing into CI/CD pipelines and support M&A remediation.
