• Provides status reports on network security and disaster recovery to IT Manager.
• Delivers network and system training to IT staff and casino employees.
• Manages Windows servers and updates for compliance and uptime.
• Maintains core network, servers, software, and hardware for 100% uptime.
• Maintains network security procedures and monitoring.
• Documents updates for enterprise server and network topology.
• Oversees enterprise backups and recovery controls.
• Escalates tickets and mentors IT Specialists.
• Fills in as IT Manager during absence.
