Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will guide risk planning, metrics, and governance across 350+ facilities, ensuring timely risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, strong ITSM alignment, and proven ability to deliver executive briefings and integrated dashboards. Up to 10% travel, full-time, Virginia-based location in Reston.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 8+ years of risk management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Risk and Issue Registers and mitigation plans.
• Ability to analyze schedule, cost, technical, and operational risks and present executive metrics.
• Active Secret clearance and experience communicating risks to leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and monitoring across programs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk dashboards and status reports for governance.
• Coordinate risk discussions, capture actions, and ensure closure with stakeholders.
• Prepare PMP and risk management documentation and coordination across teams.
