Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Resource Manager to guide resource planning for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead a high-performing team, develop spend plans, forecast labor, and manage staffing across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Active Secret clearance is required, with up to 10% travel locally. The role emphasizes strategic risk management, workforce readiness, and transitions across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of resource management, workforce planning or program management experience.
• Active Secret clearance is required for the role.
• Experience managing resource planning, staffing models, labor allocation, and cost analyses for large programs.
• Experience with spend plans, labor forecasts, and budget alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quarterly spend plans for 12 months ahead across all options.
• Manages end-to-end resource planning, forecasting, and cost management across task areas.
• Analyzes utilization trends to identify staffing optimization opportunities.
• Develops staffing models and resource loading for enterprise WBS.
• Coordinates transition activities and onboarding within timelines.
• Provides guidance on resource risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manages Key Personnel substitutions to maintain continuity.
• Leads major technical assignments and may supervise others.
