Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an IT Support Lead to direct the IT Operations Branch at Fort Bragg, NC, ensuring readiness and ongoing support for mission systems. The role requires SECRET clearance and strong leadership of IT professionals across secure environments.

Responsibilities include developing ATO documentation, coordinating with the ISSM, and maintaining system availability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, OR an associate degree in an IT-related field with 10 years of IT Lead experience.
• DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at Intermediate/Advanced level (e.g., CISSP or CISM) with 20 hours CPD annually.
• 4 years in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams for military information systems.
• Program management experience including task delegation, performance tracking and personnel development.
• Overseeing complex datacenter environments including server virtualization, network infrastructure, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations Branch and act as the point of contact for IT support functions.
• Develop and submit documentation for the enclave's ATO.
• Coordinate with ISSM and ensure compliance with cyber directives and policies.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee IT personnel supporting mission systems.
• Ensure system availability, security, and performance across the SOMTC infrastructure.
• Manage incident response actions and maintain cybersecurity readiness.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and system security improvements.
• Maintain DR/BCP and execute continuity plans.
• Adhere to DoD information assurance, cybersecurity, and confidentiality requirements.
