Job summary

Peraton invites an experienced IT Operations Service Owner Lead at Fort Bragg, NC to provide technical leadership, contractor management, and service delivery for SITEC 3 EOM in support of USSOCOM. You will coordinate with USSOCOM TPOC and supervise on-site staff.

The role requires strong communication, bold decision-making, and ability to manage multi-location teams, budgets, and project schedules while delivering aligned IT infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 yrs of experience in IT operations leadership.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT professionals.
• Experience with site-specific logistics and dynamic environments.
• Experience coordinating with government personnel across global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor on-site infrastructure and operations teams.
• Assign tasks to contractors, monitor performance, and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM TPOC and SITEC3 EOM USASOC SOL/DPM for service delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and task plans to meet contract deliverables.
• Develop and present briefings and status reports to government and leadership.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure cost-effective IT service delivery.
• Establish IT processes and policies to accelerate enterprise service delivery.
• Address major project roadblocks and coordinate cross-location teams.
