Job summary

Walker Healthforce seeks a Senior Recruiter specializing in IT and professional staffing. This full-cycle, agency role is remote, with a focus on identifying hard-to-find talent for healthcare technology and business operations.

You will own requisitions, source passive candidates, and guide candidates through interviews to close. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 3+ years in IT/professional staffing is expected.

Qualifications

Three or more years of full-cycle agency staffing recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing and candidate qualification capabilities.
Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Own requisitions from intake to placement and start.
Develop sourcing strategies, including passive talent.
Screen candidates for technical and professional fit.
Conduct consultative interviews and prepare submissions.
Negotiate offers and close placements effectively.
Maintain accurate records and meet submission deadlines.
Share market insights and mentor junior recruiters.
