Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Mid-Senior IT Recruiter in the Miami area to manage a high-volume requisition load and drive full-cycle recruiting across IT roles. This onsite role collaborates with hiring managers to prioritize needs and source top technical talent through multiple channels.

The position requires 5+ years in IT/technical recruiting, experience managing 30–40+ roles, and strong communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT/technical recruiting experience.
Ability to manage 30–40+ requisitions simultaneously.
Strong understanding of technical roles across infrastructure, development, data, and cybersecurity.
Experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting environments.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage up to 40 active requisitions across multiple business units.
Own full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and priorities.
Source and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Conduct technical screenings to assess fit and maintain candidate communication.
Track activity and maintain records in ATS; ensure a positive candidate experience.
