Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking an IT Project Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware, and coordinate moves and replacements within a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and adherence to ITIL standards while coordinating with vendors and information services teams. A Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred.
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or MCP/MCSA/MCSE certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair computer equipment and peripherals.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of computer-related peripherals.
• Perform coordination of proactive and preventative maintenance of business systems.
• Assist in planning hardware refreshes and equipment procurement.
• Manage, maintain and purchase computer inventory following procurement practices.
• Work with vendors and customers to manage equipment moves.
• Provide root cause analysis and remediation with other teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and services for Draper IT needs.
• Update work queues through IT Service Management tooling.
• Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs.
