Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least an Associate's Degree in engineering or science; bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two years of technical schooling related to engineering or science.
• Requires 10 years of relevant experience when education is met, or 15 years if not.

Responsibilities

• Documents work by hand or with standard software, with minimal supervision.
• Performs experiments and tests with complex laboratory equipment.
• Applies analytic/test experience in acceptance procedures.
• Programs computer-controlled automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Mentor, train or supervise junior technicians as needed.
• Other temporary assignments as directed by supervisor.
