Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development in a professional setting.
• 3+ years working with Salesforce in a technical role.
• 1+ years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology.
• Proven ability to lead a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile development team implementing various Salesforce clouds.
• Lead technical discussions with business and development teams to ensure best practices.
• Configure systems per client requirements and scale for maintenance.
• Define system architecture with focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Develop use cases using Apex, VisualForce, Aura, Flows, and LWC.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment best practices.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and process improvements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications and ensure robust security controls.
