Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (Logistics) for a remote engagement beginning in November 2026. The role requires senior PM experience with external vendors and ServiceNow familiarity, with flexible hours totaling about 240 hours over five months.

Job description

We are looking for: IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (Logistics)

General info

Location: remote

Start: first half of November 2026

Engagement: approx. 240 hours over 5 months, which averages 10–12 hours per week

Flexibility: no fixed schedule; you plan your hours around project milestones and stakeholder availability

Contract: B2B, ideal as an additional engagement alongside your current project

Rate: 130-160 PLN/h

You will represent the client in a ServiceNow implementation delivered by an external vendor. The project is already underway, with clear goals and a plan in place. We are looking for a self-driven senior who takes the helm from day one and owns both the project and their own time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, the external vendor and the internal IT team
• Plan and steer the project based on the vendor’s roadmap, making sure work moves forward without delays
• Review and accept delivered functionality on the client side
• Oversee testing, go-live and the transition of the solution into everyday use
• Keep budget, scope, timeline and quality under control and measure progress against agreed goals
• Report progress, risks and escalations to senior management in a clear and concise way
• Translate technical information from the vendor into business language

Requirements

• Senior experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in projects delivered together with an external vendor
• ServiceNow experience is a must: you’ve worked in the platform in at least one project and can review the vendor’s work. User-level experience is enough; deeper knowledge (e.g. CSM) is a plus
• Proven experience leading implementations through their full lifecycle, from planning and testing to go-live and stabilization
• Fluent English, as you will work daily with international stakeholders
• Independence and proactivity: you ask the right questions, gather information yourself and deliver without needing supervision
• Concise, to-the-point communication with senior management
• Ability to plan and manage your own time within a defined budget
