Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Scrum Master experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence across roles. This full-time role requires organizing work, removing impediments, and fostering a transparent, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience with SAFe.
• Proven coaching experience and strong Jira/Jira Align use.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and influence.
• Able to work with teams at different Agile maturity levels.

Responsibilities

• Use Jira and Jira Align to organize work into Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Attend and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Arrange and publish sprint schedules.
• Identify impediments and drive progress.
• Promote Agile principles in the environment.
• Participate in Agile coaching.
• Other duties as assigned.
