Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile practices across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will mentor Scrum Masters, promote best practices, and lead continuous improvement of Agile processes.

Key responsibilities include guiding teams, coordinating SAFe initiatives, and partnering with Product Owners and leadership to define goals and deliverables. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a focus on customer value in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
• Experience with Kanban, XP, and other agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters to enhance skills and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing culture built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Implement SAFe practices for large-scale agile initiatives.
