Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and broader Agile practices to raise delivery maturity.
• Remove impediments so teams can meet sprint commitments.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and capacity for predictable delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and stakeholders.
• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution against roadmap commitments.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with mitigation plans.
• Drive release planning and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health and team performance.

• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with clear mitigation plans.
• Drive release planning and delivery governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership in a timely, transparent manner.
• Provide executive-level reporting and metrics on project health and team performance.
• Facilitate decision‑making and alignment across technical and business teams.
• Manage vendor and third‑party partner coordination where applicable.

Delivery Excellence

• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and track KPIs including sprint velocity, burndown trends, release predictability, and quality metrics.
• Drive process improvements that optimize quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Support continuous integration, release planning, and deployment‑readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Program Manager.
• Proven track record managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, software development practices, and release management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading cloud, digital transformation, mobile, web, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
