Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a SAFe Scrum Master for a 7-month hybrid contract. You will enable Agile Scrum across software development teams, facilitate ceremonies, and coach teams to improve delivery and quality while aligning with SAFe practices.

You will partner with Product Developers to manage backlogs, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Local candidates preferred; hybrid in-office Tue–Thu in Dublin/Columbus area, with remote options as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT industry experience with software development projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Scrum Master role.
• Experience driving Agile Scrum in SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team.

Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe

Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Must have skills: Agile Project Management using SAFe

Minimum: 5 year(s) of experience is required as Scrum Master in the overall experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Electronics or any related stream
