Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer sciences required.
• 5–7 years of project management across data warehousing, MDM and BI reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong listening to capture requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to present concepts and lead design discussions with authority.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; experience with third-party vendors.
• Experience with virtual collaboration and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing for assigned projects.
• Assess risks, forecast budgets, track costs and milestones.
• Create and manage artifacts in Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Present complex data to stakeholders; lead meetings with teams, vendors and clients.
• Coordinate schedules, facilitate steering committees, and ensure PMO compliance.
