Qualifications

• Degree in business or computer sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years project management experience.
• Proven ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with integrated systems and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Manage risks and communicate deviations to clients and leadership.
• Create and manage project artifacts in Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
• Present complex data to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Facilitate meetings and gather functional/technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to IT PMO policies and closeout procedures.
