Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives in Atlanta. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria, while maintaining detailed plans and reports.

The role requires 10+ years in technical PM, PMP certification, and experience with state-health engagements. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management in technology environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Experience managing technology engagements for State Health and Human Services agencies, preferably Child Welfare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and communication plans.
