Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a leading law firm in Boston, MA. You will oversee technology initiatives across the IT organization, from planning through completion, coordinating software rollouts, deployments, and decommissioning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 12–15+ years of IT project management, strong stakeholder communication, and experience with Agile environments. PMP/CAPM is preferred, with solid vendor management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with software implementations and technology rollouts.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with PM tools: Monday.com, ServiceNow, Jira.

Responsabilités

• Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including rollouts and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT managers, Product Owners, vendors, and operations teams.
• Track progress, identify risks, and address delays.
• Maintain project documentation and keep PM tools updated.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines and commitments.
• Support delivery in an Agile environment and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate implementation activities and milestones with vendors and Product Owners.
