Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Project Management to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across the firm. You will develop roadmaps, set milestones, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with firm priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority. A law-firm or professional services background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in IT project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience with scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT project roadmaps aligned with firm strategy.
• Establish project plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to drive execution.
• Track progress and provide regular leadership status updates.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Standardize PM processes across initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact.
