IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a multi-year high-priority IT project.

The role requires leading a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment with a hybrid work model, onsite two days a week, and collaboration across technical and business teams. Applicants should have exceptional communication skills, a strong background in formal IT project management, and experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and change control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project management as a formal PM
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and government projects

Responsibilities

• Use Clarity to prepare schedules, resources, and budgets
• Prepare presentations for executives and teams
• Monitor, control, and communicate project progress (cost, schedule, scope, risks)
• Ensure timely, clear communication with sponsors and stakeholders
• Lead collaboration between technical and business teams to gain commitment
• Maintain PMM deliverables: Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communications Plan, Status Reports, Risk/Issue Plans, Change Requests, Closeout Summary
• Interface with vendors and ensure adherence to contracts and approval procedures
• Facilitate Change Management and CAPs when necessary
• Understand project benefits and update artifacts accordingly
• Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
