• Led two or more large projects ($1M+ budget, 18+ months) through full lifecycle
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

• Help executive leadership develop departmental strategy and define strategic initiatives
• Facilitate executive-level meetings with high EQ
• Lead business-focused project management initiatives rather than technical work
• Partner with executives and sponsors to align project priorities
• Facilitate group discussions for decision-making in complex environments
• Assemble and manage business-focused work teams
• Track milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet customer needs
• Research new technology and develop business cases for BI solutions
