Qualifications

• It experience in a project leadership capacity.
• It experience leading multiple concurrent IT projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience with traditional and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting project status and risks to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with MS Project and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects from planning through implementation and acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plans, budgets, and reports.
• Manage scope, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor milestones and adjust plans to changing priorities.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve project issues and communicate scope and budget impacts.
• Ensure compliance with PM methodologies, quality standards, and audits.
• Provide clear status reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
• Mentor project leads and contribute to PM best practices.
