Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a hybrid schedule.

You will lead project teams delivering software solutions across portfolios and enterprise systems used by customers and partners. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle, with emphasis on change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end program management within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• 6+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across multiple business and technical disciplines.
• Experience working with ticketing and project management systems such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project activities and resources.
• Manage charters, communications, metrics, reporting, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through concept, development, prototype, implementation, and follow-up.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Utilize PM tools to manage reporting, tracking, checklists, and task delegation.
• Lead change management and timely decision-making to address impacts.
• Maintain schedules reflecting changes, milestones, costs, and completion requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to establish milestones and completion dates.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions and action plans.
