HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager II to lead concurrent IAM and IT projects. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across technical, security, and compliance teams, with a strong focus on risk management and Agile practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in IT with at least 2 years IAM/security projects.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex, multi-team projects with parallel workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices (provisioning, authentication, SSO, RBAC, PAM).
• Proven experience with risk management and mitigation in IT projects.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple IT/IAM projects from initiation through delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration among technical, security, business, and compliance teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Apply Agile and traditional PM methods; tailor processes per project needs.
• Report project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executives (PowerPoint).
• Lead project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives with clear action items.
• Manage resource allocation and sequencing to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure documentation (requirements, designs, test plans) is complete and up-to-date.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous process improvements.
