Dexter Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Applications for a direct hire role in Columbia City, IN. This hybrid position requires 4 days onsite per week and overseeing complex software initiatives across SaaS, ERP, and integration projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of digital project leadership, strong Agile and Scrum experience, and proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams while aligning with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years managing initiatives in digital environments.
• PMP and/or CSM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strong Project Management experience with understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Managing applications, software development projects, upgrades, cloud migrations and integrations.
• Experience in Scrum project management with knowledge of traditional frameworks.
• Owns all project aspects: milestones, issues, risks, and delivery.
• Partner with leadership to align ongoing efforts and roadmaps.
• Contribute to solution definition and remove roadblocks.
• Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and vendor teams; coordinate vendor selection/ contracting.
• Ensure alignment with IT strategy and governance.
• Experience with M&A and integrations is desirable.

Senior IT Project Manager – Applications

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Columbia City, IN (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)

Key responsibilities include:

• Strong Project Management experience with good understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Experience Managing Applications, software development project implementations, custom built, COTS and SaaS solutions, upgrades, Cloud migrations and integrations
• Experience in Scrum project management with good understanding of traditional framework
• Responsible for all aspects of a project including managing milestones, identifying and tracking issues and risks, and driving the team to meet project goals.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align ongoing efforts.
• Contributing to the team by participating in solution definition and removing roadblocks
• Establishing strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, forecasts and vendor teams; Coordinates vendor selection and contracting.
• Ensuring alignment of project objectives with the overall IT strategy and roadmap
• Ensures project or framework specific governance is implemented
• M&A experience and experience with integration is desired

Additional experience:

• Experience with CRM implementation is a plus
• Experience with ERP implementation is a plus
• Experience in managing Infrastructure projects is a plus

Technical knowledge/skills

• Advanced knowledge of IT standards, policies and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of Traditional and Agile frameworks
• Proficient working with technology platforms

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or relevant experience
• 10+ years of managing initiatives in digital environment preferably in manufacturing area

PMP and / or CSM certifications are highly desirable
