Siemens Healthineers is seeking a visionary Head of IT Strategy & Management Services to drive Diagnostics IT strategy, governance and transformation. Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in strategic roles.
• Proven track record in defining and executing IT/digital strategies.
• Leading IT service management (ITSM) and operational excellence.
• Driving transformation initiatives (cloud, digital platforms, automation).
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity oversight.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into roadmaps.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Experience building global organizations/teams; international leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own DX IT strategy, governance and portfolio prioritization framework.
• Steer enterprise-level prioritization and trade-offs across DX IT domains.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for scalability and future-readiness.
• Own DX IT decision frameworks including prioritization and governance.
• Plan and host strategic IT meetings and drive large-scale transformation programs.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess relevance to the business.
• Foster innovation and agility within IT.
