Job summary

Acro Service Corp seeks an IT Project Manager to lead highly complex enterprise projects across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and cybersecurity. The role partners with sponsors, architects, and vendors to ensure measurable outcomes, governance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, risk management, and coordination across IT and business teams, with a focus on security, compliance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, engineering, cybersecurity, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience, including at least three years leading complex, cross-functional IT project teams.
• Delivery of enterprise technology initiatives involving business applications, systems integration, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data and analytics, cybersecurity, telecommunications, digital transformation, or technology modernization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within two years; Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity or related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to planning, delivery, production deployment, transition to operations, benefits validation, and closure.
• Partner with sponsors, product owners, architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data owners, and vendors to define outcomes, scope, and delivery strategy.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, procurement, quality, communications, risk, and deployment.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, status reporting, and stage-gate criteria.
• Coordinate architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards and roadmaps.
• Direct release, migration, and production readiness activities with minimal disruption.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to IT project delivery standards.
