Job summary

Acro Service Corp seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large software programs and multi-workstream initiatives. You will track deliverables, manage vendors, and drive projects to successful completion with a focus on KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in IT project management, strong change management skills, and familiarity with Salesforce deployments as a plus. This is a 7-month contract-based role, based in Boston.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in IT project management.
• Experience with multi-workstream IT projects and external delivery partners.
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Proficient with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive; Power BI a plus.
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage both waterfall and agile delivery methods.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with contract management and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage large software product projects and multi-workstream initiatives.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and KPIs across projects.
• Identify issues early and raise concerns to senior management.
• Coordinate with vendors to drive on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce deployments where applicable.
