Ascent Aerospace, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive delivery of the Ascent Enterprise Platform. You will own the delivery schedule across ERP cleanup, AccureAI, analytics, HR systems, and other workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Reporting to the Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will lead kickoff sessions, manage risks, and provide leadership with clear status updates and roadmaps.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT project management or program management experience.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives on time.
• Experience in manufacturing/aerospace/regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience managing external vendors and contracts.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and execute the Ascent Enterprise Platform roadmap.
• Maintain and manage the master program schedule across all workstreams.
• Identify risks and drive resolution to protect delivery timelines.
• Coordinate kickoffs, working sessions, and retrospectives with stakeholders.
• Prepare steering updates and consolidate program status for leadership.
