Job summary

Info Origin Inc is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Health Record implementation for the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg. You will drive project planning, budgets, risks, and vendor management in a complex healthcare IT program.

The ideal candidate has PMI PMP certification and 7–9+ years of PM experience, especially with paper-to-electronic chart conversions, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure go-live success.

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT/project management experience and a proven history of leading EHR/EMR implementations, particularly projects involving the transition from paper-based charting to electronic records.

Required:

• Active PMI PMP certification held for at least 5 years
• Copy of valid PMP certification must be provided with submission
• 7–9+ years of Project Management experience
• Healthcare IT / Health Informatics experience
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Large-scale healthcare or government IT implementation experience
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, RAID logs, testing, training, and go-live activities
