Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Project Manager IV to lead large, complex IT initiatives for the Defense Health Agency at ATAMMC, Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include cradle-to-grave management, schedule oversight, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate should have 10+ years in DoD/federal IT project management, PMP certification, and proficiency with MS Project and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Cradle-to-grave PM for medium-to-long-term projects (>12 months).
• Backup to Program Manager and site lead.
• Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) per Government Charter.
• Manage all project phases: coordination, kickoff, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, contract support, and BPR.
• Provide project leadership and strategy.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Advanced financial management to control large budgets.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using PM tools.
• Deliver PM reporting: resources, spend, risk.
• Administrative support including status reporting and data gathering.
• Demonstrate advanced PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave project management for DoD/federal IT projects.
• Serve as backup to Program Manager and act as site lead.
• Coordinate project activities across stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain IMS and ensure traceability to PWS requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on status, finances, and risks.
