Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a System Administrator IV to support the DHA GSP TO7 contract at ATAMMC, Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires senior expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware, and Active Directory, with leadership duties and a focus on security and availability.

The position includes collaboration with architecture/engineering teams, documentation, and ongoing mentoring of junior staff; on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive system administration experience.
• Experience deploying enterprise server OS (Windows, Linux, VMware).
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Experience with backup/recovery, performance monitoring, and capacity analysis.
• Experience with DISA STIG compliance in DoD IT environments.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting for system management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, sustain, and troubleshoot server OS and related infrastructure.
• Manage daily administration, security, and availability of infrastructure.
• Perform backups, monitor performance, and maintain a secure posture.
