Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. This onsite role offers the opportunity to lead complex IT programs in a fast-growing, employee-centric environment, with comprehensive benefits and performance incentives.

You will manage requirements, schedules, risk, and compliance, coordinate cross-functional IPTs, and ensure security and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree or пять years of experience leading or supporting complex projects.
• 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD/DoW policies.

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA IT projects through technical writing and documentation.
• Provide first-tier customer support and process improvement.
• Develop IT Operational Project Management Plans, AARs and RCAs.
• Monitor project risks, budget, performance, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate IPTs and ensure regulatory compliance.
