Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the NCIS IT Support Services contract at Quantico, VA. You will oversee performance, staffing, and risk across a dispersed team, coordinating with CO/COR and government leaders to deliver enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity services.

The role requires 15+ years in IT program management, 5+ years as PM on federal contracts, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Strong communication and transition management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible IT program management experience.
• 5+ years as Program Manager on Federal IT services contracts of similar size.
• Experience directing a dispersed workforce of 40+ personnel.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, resources, schedules, budgets and customers.
• Over 1 year managing financially responsible organizational units.
• Experience implementing IT service delivery metrics and continuous improvement.
• Experience with contract transitions and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience briefing senior Government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's authorized point of contact and oversee contract performance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams for Government IT services.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery, staffing, metrics, and continuous service improvements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and executive-level communications.
