Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Master's degree or 5+ years leading complex projects
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and DoD/DoW policies
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP (desirable)
• Onsite work at government/customer facility

Responsibilities

• Support DCSA IT projects including writing and documentation
• Provide first-tier customer support and process improvement
• Develop requirements documents and track project schedules
• Conduct program reviews, IPTs, and IT management controls
• Monitor risks, budgets, performance, and compliance
• Develop IT OPM Plans, AARs, RCAs, and IT SOPs
