Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead critical customer experience systems initiatives, focusing on platform migrations and contact center reporting. You will establish integrated planning, scheduling, risk management, and vendor coordination across multi-team delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of IT project management experience, including leading large, multi-team technology implementations.
• Experience delivering contact center technology projects, including routing, IVR, telephony, or reporting; proven experience managing third-party vendors and systems integrators.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated migration plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets across technical and delivery teams.
• Plan migration waves and system cutovers around operational volume commitments and service levels.
• Lead risk, issue, change, and decision management, escalating concerns promptly when schedule, scope, or quality is at risk.
• Coordinate requirements, system builds, testing, and operational readiness activities to maintain alignment across multiple departments.
• Track partner deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business leads.
• Plan and track the migration of reports and dashboards, coordinating reporting cutovers and legacy system retirement.
• Facilitate project governance, working sessions, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support planning, sequencing, and estimation for future technology roadmaps and portfolio initiatives.
