Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Senior Project Manager in Frankfort, KY (Hybrid) to lead complex IT initiatives spanning infrastructure and application development. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring teams in project management frameworks.

The role requires strong experience in data center migrations, enterprise networks, security, and regulatory compliance, with PMP and ITIL certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Seven+ years of relevant project management experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Active PMP and ITIL certifications; experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, SDLC and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, escalation, decision-making, and change-control processes.
• Coordinate development and review of data center infrastructure architectures and design requirements.
• Lead infrastructure assessments of current-state architecture, operational maturity, and risk.
• Track schedule, scope, resources, benefits realization, and readiness using RAID logs.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate steering committees, design reviews, readiness reviews, and risk workshops.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change initiatives across technical and business domains.
• Define and drive program management best practices and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate discovery, migration planning, readiness reviews, cutover, and post-migration validation.
