Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, engineering, or related field.
• Eight+ years IT project management experience with large multi-team tech implementations.
• Experience delivering contact center technology projects (routing, IVR, telephony, reporting).
• Experience managing vendors and systems integrators, tracking deliverables and acceptance.
• Experience planning platform migrations or cutovers with minimal disruption to operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and status reporting for business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Genesys Cloud CX migration and contact center reporting rollout.
• Build and manage integrated migration plan across teams and Genesys delivery groups.
• Plan migration waves and cutovers around call volumes and service levels.
• Coordinate requirements, build, testing, and readiness activities across teams.
• Track vendor deliverables and milestones in partnership with procurement and CX leads.
• Run project governance, provide status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support planning and estimation for future CX initiatives and reusable delivery practices.
